In this week's podcast we're responding to the following question and sharing tips to help recover from the low mood and energy that can follow spells of intense anxiety...
"I use virtually all of the wonderful techniques you've outlined in the show and use many of the audio products you've developed - with wonderful results. But every now and then, especially in the fall, I get hit with a very powerful anxiety for several days at a time. The anxiety leaves me totally wiped out and I find I sink into low energy and depression. Are there any strategies or remedies you would suggest for strengthening myself as I recover from a bout of anxiety?"
