How To Make A Good Decision: Simple Steps

With PTSD it can become ENORMOUSLY tough to make even the tiniest decision. Sometimes just deciding how to get to work (walk, cab or subway???) could get my head stuck in a quandry of trying to figure out timing, cost and convenience.

When making decisions becomes difficult how do you make them easier? I just learned a great strategy (wish I’d learned it years ago!!) and am sharing it with you in this vid.
