But what if you’d be safer and more self-connected if you were to let go of what keeps you bound to your trauma?

We can easily forgive a child who is afraid of the dark; the real tragedy of life is when men are afraid of the light.
Are you afraid to overcome PTSD? It makes total sense that you might be. If that’s the case, first deal with your fears in this area before you try to work on the PTSD itself. One thing at a time. And always: move toward the light.
