Trusting yourself may seem like a ridiculous thing to do given the PTSD situation you’re in. But think about this: even though you may be sleep-deprived, feel insane and have trouble doing simple tasks, you still know yourself better than anyonePTSD, Healing Thought of the Weekelse. You can trust me when I tell you that’s true!Which means, when there are decisions to be made about your life and your recovery, you are equipped to have a very real say with very real insights.

For example, you already have ideas about what needs to be done in order to move yourself forward toward healing. Take your own advice. Trust it. You know who you are, what you need and how you want your life to be. Now, you just have to figure out where the path is and follow it.
