Yes, at first it may feel awkward and unfamiliar. So does any new exercise, job or task. As you have before in other ways, you’ll learn to be more comfortable as the behavior becomes more familiar. For now, just go with it.

Over the weekend find 3 instances in each day that you can implement some new aspect of your hero/warrior self in your behavior.
