What I see over and over, and what I hear constantly, from all of the survivors I come in contact with and even from my own journey is this: purely traditional PTSD treatment methods just don’t get the job done. They’re a great place to begin but they’re not where PTSD recovery ends.
I’m always on the lookout then, for education about innovative alternative methods, like the one described by today’s guest post author, Norval.
First, let’s start with a definition of the Emotion Code:
Much of our suffering is due to negative emotional energies that have become “trapped” within us. A significant percentage of physical illness, emotional difficulty, self-sabotage are actually caused by these trapped energies. The Emotion Code is a simple and powerful method of finding and releasing these trapped energies.
Second, let’s outline of the Emotion Code process:
The first step is using kinesiology or muscle testing as it is most commonly called to connect to the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind stores everything that happens to the body and muscle testing is the easiest way to tap into that data base.
Once we established connect with the subconscious mind, we then ask if there is a trapped emotion that is contributing to the issue.
If there is an emotion associated with the issue we then roll a magnet over the governing meridian to release that emotion.
We then continue the above steps until the subconscious mind lets us know that there are no more emotions associated to that issue.
When this occurs the problem has lessen a great deal or it is gone. And when you think of the trauma that caused the emotional stress, there is no longer an emotional attachment to it.
Third, I want to share with you possible results:
There are many case studies showing various instances where people have successfully used the Emotion Code for stress relief of their post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), regardless of the cause. This is accomplished by using a simple technique like muscle testing to isolate one or more emotions contributing to your PTSD, and then a magnet is rolled several times over your body meridians to remove those emotions.
Those who use the Emotion Code to provide relief of PTSD find that results are often prompt and permanent. This is true even though the traditional medical attitude is that post-traumatic stress disorder is a chronic mental disorder, for which it is often very difficult to determine the exact cause or a good treatment using the existing standard medical paradigm. PTSD is conveniently treated with energy psychology easily and quickly in a conventional office setting, by telephone, or while doing the Emotion Code by non-local means.
I have seen many cases where the client is very emotional about a trauma before a session and right after the session the emotional attachment seem to have just melted away. In other cases, it may have taken several sessions—-but the results were the same.
Especially in PTSD cases, Emotion Code sessions make considerable sense since this stress relief technique works best in the familiar, calm and comfortable at-home environment to reverse negative emotions associated with a phobia. All of this is easily available when doing the Emotion Code over the phone, while at home, or by non-local means. After perhaps a few sessions, most phobic individuals should notice their typical phobic responses to be noticeably and clearly more appropriate and controlled.
Determining the basic or root issue of PTSD is the key to success when using the Emotion Code, as it is with all emotional stress issues. Clients often believe they are aware of the actual event or events that created their posttraumatic stress disorder, but not always. It is common for someone to start thinking they understand the origin of their challenge with PTSD, only to find there are yet actually deeper issues below the obvious. This is always the challenge of treating PTSD — to not get side-tracked by the “obvious.”
The beauty of the Emotion Code is that it will identify the root cause of PTSD by communicating with the subconscious mind and bypassing the conscious mind which sometimes will direct you down the wrong path.
The best thing about using the Emotion Code is that you can use the service of a practitioner or even the tool as it is easy enough that you can apply the techniques yourself. Just learn how to muscle test and you are off and running!
