How can I control my anxiety when I am in public places?

I too suffer from the same

I too suffer from the same condition. So I hope this helps. I usually slow my pace, but I keep moving. It doesn't matter how slow, I keep moving. This helps me in two ways. One it assures me that I'm in control. Two nothing serious is going to happen. I keep telling myself, this too shall pass! It's important to me to continue to move and tell myself I'm o.k. I get some really bad ones, but after having had every test known to man available to check my heart, it give's me a sense of peace and power knowing that I KNOW nothing bad is going to happen. I hope this helps.
