Anxiety and Depression: Kayla's Story (Video)

Kayla made this video a week after attending a memorial service for her 21-year-old friend who committed suicide. She talks about her experience with panic attacks, anxiety, and depression, and how these things affected her life, including her own suicide attempt. She was able to overcome the low point in her life, and though she still struggles with these issues, she has become a strong young woman hoping to help others who may be going through a difficult time. "No matter how bad you feel now, it gets better," she says.
